Step 1: Wash
In the first stage, after undergoing belt, deceleration, and gear reduction, the electric motor smoothly propels the impeller. Sand and stones are introduced into the wash via the washing feed, where they engage in a gentle tumbling motion with the washing soil, effectively scrubbing and removing impurities. Simultaneously, an increased water flow passionately carries away debris and lightweight waste. This meticulous process culminates in fully washed materials, as clean sand and stones are elegantly elevated by the blades. As they ascend, the water gracefully drains through the mesh, subsequently directing the refined materials into the washing liquid.
Step 2: Dehydration --
The qualified sand is expertly transferred onto the advanced dewatering screen. Crafted from durable PU polyurethane material, this screen is designed to resist clogging, endure high temperatures, and withstand corrosive environments, ensuring longevity and reliability. This stage significantly minimizes the moisture content, transforming wet sand into a more manageable form.
Step 3: Recycle --
The high-performance slurry pump effectively channels the waste sand water into a meticulously engineered high-pressure sediment separator. Here, the fine sand, ranging from 0.16 to 3 mm, is expertly deposited onto the polyurethane screen for efficient watering. The process concludes as the waste water is directed back into the return box and responsibly discharged, completing the recycling loop with precision.

A3.The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
