Application of vibrating screen:
The Linear Vibrating Sieve Machine utilizes a vibrating motor as its source of motion, propelling materials across the linear vibrating screen surface in a streamlined, straight-line trajectory.
This versatile machine is extensively used for grading and screening across diverse fields such as mining, quarries, aggregate, highway construction, building materials, chemical industry, and metallurgy, offering reliable performance.
Working Principle:
The linear vibrating screen harnesses either a single or dual motor as its vibration source. The transmission device transforms electrical energy into mechanical energy. Equipped with a pair of bevel gears, it ensures the precise synchronous rotation of two sets of eccentric fast synchronous vibration forces. This maintains accurate phase angles, cancels out forces in the horizontal direction, and combines them in a direction perpendicular to the motor shaft, resulting in a powerful linear trajectory movement of the sieve.

Q2. How long is the warranty? Does your company supply the spare parts?
A2.One year(Calculated from the equipment arrives the customer's side.). Spare parts for you at the lowest cost.
Q3.What about Warranty? What will we do if the machine is broken down?
A3.The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
Q4.What is your payment method?
A4.30% deposit in T/T advance, 70% balance before shipment.
Q5. If I need the complete crushing plant can you help us to build it?
