Mining Equipment Application Process:
The truck carries stone to
the jaw crusher (Impact crusher) through a feeder.
Then Broken material through vibrating screen fine screening,
Then through spiral sand washing machine or roller sand washing machine for sand dewatering.

 

Application of vibrating screen:
Linear Vibrating Sieve Machine uses vibrating motor as vibration source to make the materials be thrown on linear vibrating screen surface and make the sport straight line forward.
It is widely used for grading and screening materials in the following fields: mines, quarries, aggregate, high-way construction, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and so on.

Working Principle:
Linear vibrating screen is a single or two motor as a vibration source, through the transmission device to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy, box shaker is equipped with a pair of bevel gear, forced synchronous rotation of two groups of eccentric fast synchronous vibration force, to ensure the phase Angle is accurate, the exciting force in the horizontal direction offset each other, and in the direction perpendicular to the motor shaft fold into a resultant force, sieve into a linear trajectory movement.

A3.The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
