Application of Vibrating Screen:
The Linear Vibrating Sieve Machine harnesses the power of a vibrating motor, propelling materials across the screen surface in a straightforward, linear trajectory.

Working Principle:
The linear vibrating screen operates with either a single or dual motor as its vibration source. Through a sophisticated transmission device, electrical energy is seamlessly converted into mechanical energy. The box shaker, equipped with bevel gears, ensures synchronized rotation of dual eccentric forces, precisely aligning phase angles. This results in offsetting forces in the horizontal plane while coalescing into a concentrated force perpendicular to the motor shaft, facilitating a precise linear trajectory for the sieve movement.

Q2. How long is the warranty? Does your company supply the spare parts?
A2.One year(Calculated from the equipment arrives the customer's side.). Spare parts for you at the lowest cost.
Q3.What about Warranty? What will we do if the machine is broken down?
A3.The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.

A4.30% deposit in T/T advance, 70% balance before shipment.
