Application of Vibrating Screen:
The Linear Vibrating Sieve Machine utilizes a vibrating motor as its energy source, causing materials to be dynamically hurled across the linear vibrating screen surface, propelling them in a precise linear trajectory.
This technology finds extensive use in grading and screening across diverse sectors such as mining, quarries, aggregate processing, highway construction, building materials, the chemical industry, metallurgy, and beyond.
Working Principle:
The linear vibrating screen operates using one or two motors as the vibration source. Through a sophisticated transmission device, it effectively converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. Equipped with a pair of precision bevel gears, it ensures the synchronous rotation of two groups of eccentric fast synchronous vibration forces. This guarantees accurate phase angles, neutralizing exciting forces horizontally while creating a resultant force perpendicular to the motor shaft, guiding the sieve along a precise linear trajectory.

A1.We are a manufacturer/ factory, established in 2010.
Q2. How long is the warranty? Does your company supply the spare parts?
A2.One year(Calculated from the equipment arrives the customer's side.). Spare parts for you at the lowest cost.
Q3.What about Warranty? What will we do if the machine is broken down?
A3.The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
Q4.What is your payment method?
A4.30% deposit in T/T advance, 70% balance before shipment.
