Single Wheel Sand Washer

Recycling sand washer has the functions of sand washing and fine sand recovery it can extract the fine sand in the muddy water after sand washing,thereby obtaining 0-5mm sand,final coarse and fine sand grade is reasonable.Sand washing wheel hasa simple stucture and is easy to operate and maintain. The equipment is divided into two parts:the wheel washing machine and the fine sand re cycling.According to the customer' s requirements,the double row wheel or the threerow wheel can be customized.The fine sand recovery part is determined by the amount slurry water and sand con- centration in the water mixture,so that we can properly configure the model and quantity of the cy clone,the slurry pump,and thedewatering screen.

A3.The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
